Must have at least three years of technician experience. Ford certified preferred. Driver’s license and clean driving record required

This position requires a unique set of skills including but not limited to the ability to . . .

• Work independently and as a team with dealership technicians, managers, and advisors
• Create and maintain a schedule of appointments
• Be flexible as appointments cancel, reschedule, and change frequently
• Manage arrival times and calendar of repairs
• Provide reminders, updates, and any changes to customers before, during, and after the repair
• Document diagnosis and repairs
• Coordinate with the Parts Department as needed
• Ensure repairs are completed in a complete and accurate manner
• Keep customer vehicle clean during repair and after repair is complete
• Follow up with customers after the repair to close out repair orders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
