Job Responsibilities Include:

• Provide an interactive guest experience by providing excellent customer service, food and beverage to all Guests in a positive and outgoing manner
• Assume duties to include front and back of house operations in Cafe area
• Ensure all tables and seating area maintained clean and condiment area is stocked.
• Greet guests as they exit the area
• Take and prepare orders for guests
• Complete daily cleaning checklists on work areas as well as café equipment to maintain an up to code work environment
• Prepare food for field trip lunches while attending to additional guests
• Understand menu options and how food is prepared
• Help others as needed to maintain an exciting, functional, & dazzling experience for our team & guests!

Minimum requirements: Ability to multi-task, work with limited supervision and make reasonable and ethical decisions quickly. Previous F&B quick-service experience is preferred, specifically with preparing pizza. On the job training is provided upon joining. Our ideal candidate will be able to work any shift including nights, weekends, and holidays.

This position requires the serving of alcoholic beverages. Team Member must successfully complete TIPS training and Responsible Vendor Class training or other required training concerning the storing, serving and handling of alcoholic beverages. Food & Safety Certification is required for this role.
