Finance & Pay Items:
- We offer $2,500 Transition Bonus per seated truck
- Competitive pay package including fuel surcharge reimbursement on loaded miles
- Detention, layover, and accessorial pay
- Productivity Bonus - 11K or more miles a month qualifies an additional .03 on all miles ran for a solo
- Productivity Bonus - 18K or more miles a month qualified an additional .08 on all miles ran for a team (40% of IC teams are currently achieving, 35% of all IC solos currently receive)
- CFI pays all tolls, escort fees, scales, any other fees needed for loads as they arise
- Provides toll device with weigh station bypass along with all permit items needed
- Shared cost with CFI on base plates
- Parking Reimbursement when in a loaded status
- Fuel Surcharge Reimbursement on loaded miles
- Trucker Tax Service and Accounting (ATBS) – $22.99 per week
- Financial settlements weekly
- Paid IFTA
- Additional pay based on number of trucks

- FMCSA monitoring and notice of safety and regulatory changes
- In cab outward facing cameras to encourage safe driving habits and reduce DOT reportable incidents
