About Us:

"Gibson's Cleaning Services LLC is a veteran owned, licensed and insured cleaning company that began in 2018. We offer recurring, one-time, and special project services for: Residential, Realty, Business, and Airbnb customers. We take great pride in our exceptional customer service and always strive for 100 percent excellence.

The successful candidate for this position will be part of a team of cleaners working at different properties at any given time. No experience is required for this position. You will train with your supervisor 2-3 weeks before we allow you to clean any properties by yourself regardless if you have experience or not. You will receive $9.00/hr while in training. After training is complete, you will receive 30% of all cleanings plus tips and mileage pay(if traveling to customers in your pov). Our proffessional cleaners MUST pay strong attention to details and MUST be very reliable as schedules change constantly in our line of work. You will be required to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday). We typically take turns on weekend cleanings that way everyone is getting a chance to actually live and not work constantly! We ask that our potential proffesional cleaners be hard workers that enjoy to clean and understand that this type of work is not so glamorous at times. Our proffesional cleaners will be crossed trained in;( Airbnb, Residential, and Commercial Realty Cleaning). We also offer our cleaners the opportunity to assist with automotive detailing if they choose to do so, but this is not mandatory. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to regularly use their creativity to solve problems, demonstrate leadership skills and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and stage airbnb properties according to company guidlines
• Perform Move-out cleanings
• Perform Residential cleanings
• Take out the trash
• Clean Bathrooms
• Make beds
• Assist the company in other tasks

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $9.00 - $12.00 per hour
