Process linens in the Hotel Laundry
Prepare Bistro Menu items according to specified recipes.
Properly clean and sanitize kitchen areas according to Department of Health Regulations.
Stay in radio communication with the Guest Services Department to assist in other areas of the hotel as needed.
Perform light maintenance and housekeeping tasks as needed.
Deliver amenities and supplies to Guest Rooms as needed.
Occasional break down and set-up of banquet rooms.
Previous success in a customer service/hospitality or commercial kitchen position is strongly recommended. Training will be provided for specific skills related to our Bistro and Guest Services Department.
This is primarily a 3:30pm-11pm evening shift.
