We are hiring for multiple shifts, so let us know on the application when you are available. This includes days, nights and weekends as well as 40 hour a week full-time or 20-30 hour part-time schedules.

What you’ll be doing
Greet, announce, and provide direction to tenants, guests, and vendors upon entering the building.
Develop and maintain relationships with tenants to provide individualized and unique experiences based on their personalities, lifestyles, needs, and expectations including:
Provide direction and referrals to local entertainment, dining, retail shopping, sporting events, tourist attractions and transportation services.
Document, secure and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services at designated areas.
Answer telephones, monitor lobby as well as maintain and control keys & access cards.
What’s needed to do the job
Experience inspecting and repairing commercial cleaning and maintenance equipment is pretty much required. Familiarity with various brands and routine preventative maintenance, use of hand and power tools as well being able to read blueprints and repair manuals also required.

2+ years of customer service experience.
Desire and passion to provide a warm and welcoming hello to everyone.
Excellent written and verbal communication and basic computer skills.
Knowledge of local attractions and establishments.
Polite, friendly, and self-assured and ability to multitask with good time-management.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs when needed.
