Crew members have the opportunity to learn the Pizza business from the ground up. Positive and consistent performance may be rewarded with wage increase and job class promotion.

The Crew Member delivers over the top guest experience while working in a variety of roles within the restaurant. Whether they are making the dough or helping our customers at the front counter, they are focused on hot and ready food, and creating happy guests.

About Little Caesars

The global chain that Little Caesars is today began with a blind date between Mike Ilitch and Marian Bayoff that was arranged by Mike’s father in 1954.
