Full Charge Bookkeeper

Manhattan, NY

We are looking for a bookkeeper with excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, and experience with Yardi Voyager. This individual will report to the Controller.

Responsibilities:

• Processing accounts receivables and payables
• Bank reconciling and administering tenants' security deposits
• Handling and processing vendor insurance certificates, contracts, indemnities, and 1099s
• Entering journal entries and tracking cost-related expenses
• Clerical work such as filing, sorting, scanning
• Must communicate well
• Will work with Property Managers on projects time to time.

Experience:

Real estate industry: 3 year

Accounting knowledge.

Yardi Voyager: REQUIRED EXPERIENCE OF AT LEAST 3 YEAR.

Bookkeeping: 5 years - preferred

Position immediately available

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 per year
