Controls Engineer

Description:

• We need an additional Programmer to support the commissioning and start up phases.
• They need to be strong with Siemens, TIA Portal, and need to be certified with Integra Wave 6 which is a Mercedes certification. If they do not have experience working with Integra Wave 6 standards, please do not send them. Tasks will include:
• Device set up, IO checks
• Drive configuration (Lenze 9400 Highline servos & 8400 Protecs)
• Safety device set up (laser scanners, light curtains, safety flaps)
• Safety testing - F-matrix updates, FC97 checks
• Network communication & PLUS interfacing
• Data tracking
• Synchronous tracking for EPS carriers
• Manual & automatic testing with and without load
• Production support ~3 wks
• Support with achievement of cycle time & availability
• Incl. feedback from PLC, Safety PLC, and Visualization
• Maintenance training

Salary: $52.00 - $55.00 per hour
