Job Responsibilities:
- Greeting and assisting customers, ascertaining their wants and needs
- Answering questions regarding technology products and wireless services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Maintaining knowledge of current promotions, products, and team goals

Essential Skills & Qualities Needed:
- 1-2 years of work experience in industries such as sales, marketing, hospitality, retail, customer service, or any other applicable client-facing enterprise
- Uncanny ability to build relationships with a multitude of people
- Ability to overcome customer objections
- Able to work 30-40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
